About
Built to keep a pulse on one person.
I like to say I am organized. The truth is I never had one place that kept me on what I actually needed to do, and life became one long anti-pattern. I built WisdomPulse to keep a pulse on me, in one tool.
Scott Turner, who built WisdomPulse
What it is
Four things that talk to each other.
Most trackers keep these in four separate lists. Here a habit can feed a goal, a goal can belong to a project, and the day view shows all of it against the hours you have.
Habits
The things you do again. Streaks, strength, and which days they hold.
Tasks
The things you do once. Due dates, priority, and a place in the day.
Goals
Where the habits and tasks are going. Progress rolls up from what feeds them.
Projects
Goals with a deadline and moving parts. Health you can see at a glance.
And Lightbulb, the AI that asks first.
Type a sentence and it sorts out what you meant. Ask it to plan the day and it lays one out. Ask for a reshuffle and it proposes moves. Every one of those goes through the same step: it shows you, you tick, and only then does anything change. That is not a setting. It is the rule the product is built on.
What it is not
Four things it will not become.
- Not a team tool. There is no shared workspace, and nobody else can see your day.
- Not a social network. No feed, no followers, no streak leaderboard.
- Not an autopilot. Lightbulb proposes; it never applies a change you did not tick.
- Not a data business. No advertising, and your connected Google data is never sold.
Your data
What happens to it, in four sentences.
The long version is the Privacy Policy. This is the part people actually want to know.
Your connection is HTTPS and your password is stored as a bcrypt hash.
Calendar tokens are encrypted at rest, and disconnecting revokes the grant at Google.
When Lightbulb works on something, the text needed for that job goes to the provider handling it, and that is all that goes.
The database is backed up every night.
Read the Privacy Policy and the Terms.
Questions
The ones that come up.
Is my data secure with WisdomPulse?
Your connection is HTTPS, passwords are hashed with bcrypt, access is checked on every request, and the database is backed up every night. When you use a Lightbulb feature, the text needed for that job goes to the AI provider handling it. The Privacy Policy has the detail.
How does the habit strength score work?
It combines your current streak, consistency over time, completion rate and the pattern of when you keep the habit, into a score from 0 to 10.
Can I export my data from WisdomPulse?
Partly. Every report can be downloaded as an Excel file. There is no one-click export of everything yet.
Which AI does WisdomPulse use?
OpenAI, Google and xAI models, picked per job. Lightbulb proposes; you tick what to apply; nothing changes until you do.
What does WisdomPulse actually do?
It keeps habits, tasks, goals and projects in one day view, plans the day with you, ticks things off, syncs to Google Calendar if you want, keeps a journal with mood and voice notes, and reports on what stuck.
Is WisdomPulse free to use?
Yes. The free plan runs the whole loop for one person, with limits on active habits and projects and a monthly Lightbulb budget. Pro takes the limits off. The pricing page has the numbers.
